so back in March, Ludella Hahn was running a contest and I decided to enter
I have some pretty consistent rotten luck. With little exception I don't win shit
I'm also pretty sure I used up all my good luck when I met my wife
but what the hell, send her an e-mail, and put a promo post up here
and guess what? I won! and what did I win?
a subscription to Bachelor Pad Magazine
now how cool is that?
couple weeks after the e-mail from Ludella asking for my home address I get Issues #10 & #11 in the mail
It's 8"x5.5" and just about 50 pages of full color pictorials, articles, ads, and humor
The quality of the print is excellent.
I've picked up a couple pinup devoted magazines recently and I've been a little disappointed with the picture prints
jpg artifacts and jaggies and the like
Bachelor Pad Magazine has none of that
The pics are crisp, the text perfect and easy to read
and Bachelor Pad Magazine has a great feel to it
The pictorials are great and atricles are informative and the cartoons are just damn funny
There are a lot of Pinup targeted magazines hitting the stands but I think Bachelor Pad Magazine stands out
I might take out an ad myself ;)
I dropped a note to Java before I did this feature and asked if I could get a copy of all the covers
he was happy to oblige
