everything hits at once



I know tomorrow is the 1 year anniversary of My Favorite Pinups
and I had a week of my favorites all lined up

but this weekend we got some bad news
My dad, affectionately known as Big John, passed away very unexpectedly


My dad was my very best friend despite us living 800+ miles apart for the past 10 years
I'm going to miss him more than I can tell you here

so my family and I are heading to NY for the services on saturday in Nyack, NY
right after that we will be at Shriners Hospital for Tiana's final back surgey

yea yea yea when it rains it fucking pours

but I promise that when all is said and done I'll be posting a week solid of my all time favorite pinup girlies to date
including Cherry Laine, NolaChick, Wink Holiday and more

John, I feel so bad for not checking in more often and only discovering this now. I'm sorry for your loss. I know that I will be devastated when my father eventually passes (hopefully a long, long time from now) and I guarantee I will not be as eloquent as you were writing this post. I hope that you are grieving a little less every day, and spending more time smiling as time goes on. My thoughts are with you and your family.
